Role Overview
Are you an experienced technician with leadership skills and a keen eye for safety and efficiency? As Technical Services Supervisor, you will lead the technical department and ensure that installations, machines, and equipment perform at their best.
You will combine technical expertise with organizational talent, making a real difference in the continuity and sustainability of the production environment. No two days are the same: from troubleshooting to improvement projects or team coaching — every day you contribute to a reliable, future-proof technical team.
As Technical Services Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that all installations and machines operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will lead a team of internal technicians and coordinate with external mechanical partners to maintain a sustainable, disruption-free production environment.
You will also be involved strategically, contributing to process improvements, optimizations, and the digitalization of maintenance systems. In short, you are the bridge between technology, people, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Department.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure execution and documentation of inspections, checks, and troubleshooting analyses.
- Supervise compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Coordinate work of internal and external technicians, including work permits and job orders.
- Actively contribute to the digitalization of maintenance records and reporting (e.g., Ultimo, IFS).
- Identify improvements in installations, energy consumption, and maintenance processes.
- Report progress, deviations, and KPIs to management.
- Coordinate with external partners for audits, energy management, and joint improvement projects.

Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and certification within the team.

Requirements
- Completed technical HBO or MBO-4 education with relevant work experience.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations.

You need to speak both languages Dutch and English fluently.
- Certification in relevant technical standards (e.g., NEN 3140) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., Ultimo, IFS, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a technical department or industrial environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude regarding safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Salary: € 3,295 to € 5,643 gross based on experience.
