After working in recruitment for 19 years, I saw the need to create something of my own, something more personal, more focused, and more human. That’s what inspired me to start Kypriako Multilingual Recruitment.

Recruitment has always been more than just filling positions for me. It’s about connecting people, often across languages and cultures with meaningful opportunities, and helping businesses grow by finding the right talent.

Over the years, I found true joy in getting to know people, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward roles where they could truly thrive. I also saw how many companies struggled to find the right fit, not because talent was missing, but because the hiring process lacked efficiency, understanding, or that personal touch.

With Kypriako Multilingual Recruitment, my mission is simple: to offer a recruitment service that truly puts people first. Starting this business has been a leap of faith but one driven by passion, purpose, and the belief that recruitment, when done right, can change lives.

Why I Chose the Name Kypriako?

When it came to name my business, I didn’t want just another generic name. I knew I wanted it to be more than just about recruitment. I wanted it to reflect who I am, where I come from, and what I stand for. That’s why I chose the name Kypriako, which means Cypriot.

Cyprus is my home. It’s where I was raised, where I learned the values of honesty, hard work, and community. It’s a place full of tradition, strength, and warmth, and I wanted to carry that spirit into my business.

Kypriako isn’t just a name, it’s a symbol. It reminds me every day to stay true to my roots while building something meaningful and modern. In the recruitment world, it’s easy to focus only on numbers. But I believe in people over profit, relationships over transactions, and integrity over shortcuts.

Whether I’m helping someone find the right job or supporting a business in finding the right talent, I bring that Cypriot mindset with me: genuine care, a strong sense of responsibility, and pride in doing things right.

Kypriako is my way of showing the world that where you come from matters, and that you can build something global without forgetting your local roots.

This name is my tribute to Cyprus, to its people, its values, and the spirit that shaped me.
