Title: Logistics Work Planner
The Role
For one of our clients in Kolham we are looking for a Logistics Work Planner to strengthen our Marine & Offshore operations. In this role, you will act as the central link between international project teams and the logistics organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials, documentation, and shipments reach shipyards and projects in a timely and well-organized manner.
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong logistics mindset who enjoy working in an international, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain contact with clients regarding logistics activities and international shipments.

Handle and process logistics-related administration and documentation.

Create, manage, track, and distribute documents to ensure correct and up-to-date information flow.

Monitor shipment schedules, delivery statuses, and material planning.

Arrange and manage certificates required for international transport.

Coordinate logistics activities between projects, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Identify, follow up on, and resolve bottlenecks within logistics processes.
Requirements

Completed vocational (Bachelor-level) education.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized working style.

Good command of English, spoken and written.
