E&I Work Planner / Work Preparator
Job Description
As an E&I Work Planner, you are responsible for the preparation and planning of electrical engineering activities within projects. You act as the link between design, execution, and procurement, ensuring that materials, documentation, and work methods are clearly defined before execution begins. You provide efficient work preparation that contributes to safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.
The location is in Goes, Zeeland.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and planning electrical engineering activities for various projects.

Creating and elaborating work packages, material take-offs, and bills of materials.

Analyzing technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.

Coordinating project requirements with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors.

Identifying bottlenecks in planning, material requirements, or design and proposing timely solutions.

Maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors regarding material availability and delivery.

Ensuring complete project documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Monitoring progress, budgets, and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements
-
MBO+/Bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.

Proven experience in work preparation for electrical engineering projects or installations.

Strong understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.

You need to speak Dutch and English fluently.

Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

VCA certification or willingness to obtain it.
