We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to join one of our leading offshore clients in Vlissingen.

Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to align the tender strategy with business objectives.

Prepare and submit high-quality, competitive tenders.

Develop strategies to optimize tender processes.

Gather technical, scheduling, and financial information from internal departments.

Accurately prepare cost calculations.

Consult with the Purchasing department to request and review prices and specifications from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and support customer-focused tenders;

Continuously improve calculation and analysis tools for greater accuracy.

Assist in processing variations (additional or reduced work).
- Ensure smooth handover of tender documentation to the project team.
Profile and Experience
You have:

A completed HBO or WO degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.

Experience in preparing cost calculations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Word and Excel.
