Business Development Representative Germany
General Description
For one of our clients in Breda we are looking for a Business Development Representative who speaks German fluently to focus on the German market. The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads, sales, and revenue by selling the company’s products and services to potential clients. They are expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Business Development Representative reports to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborates closely with the Logistics team.
Main Job Tasks/Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients.

Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software

Meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Number of customer visits & reports.

Requirements

Work Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Educational Level Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Native or near native German, excellent English spoken and written.
Applicants who do not speak German and have no sales experience will not be considered for this role.
